we are looking for a honeymoon boutique hotel on the coast of tuscany in august…
Hi,
we’re visiting florence and lupaia on our honey moon but would like to find somewhere for the week from august 15th to august 22nd (2015).
My fiancé is pregnant so we need somewhere that is not too strenuous. ideally somewhere on the beach, or near it with a town that has nice restaurants and things to do. We are ok with travelling etc.
Can you please recommend somewhere you think might be suitable/ The hotel style we like is ‘boutique’ rather than chain/ large resort.

Most beautiful hotels right on the sea are generally large. Some of the best I know are:
– Tombolo Talasso Resort, directly on the beach of Marina di Castagneto Carducci, this luxury hotel is beautiful and provides a number of interesting services
– Hotel il Pellicano in Porto Ercole, enchanting fishing village in the scenic Monte Argenatrio south of Tuscany
– Hotel la Bussola in Punta Ala is a charming smaller hotel directly on the beach.
– Relais Vedetta in Scarlino is a characteristic boutique hotel located near the sea.
